DEPOSITION AGREEMENT

Thank you for agreeing to submit your data to the ISDB project. The ISDB is an electronic database and archive for spectroscopic and substance data ("Data") for access by and for the benefit of the scientific community.
In submitting your data to the ISDB, you agree to the following:

1. You hereby grant to the ISDB a world-wide non-exclusive licence, with the right to grant sub-licences, to any intellectual property relating to the Data, including and not limited to copyright.

2. You acknowledge that the ISDB will own the rights to any copyright arising under European Council Directive on the Legal Protection of Databases (Directive 96/9/EC) in relation to the Database. For the avoidance of doubt, you retain ownership of any copyright relating to the Data that you submit.

3. You warrant to the ISDB that:
- You have the right and power to enter into this agreement.
- The deposition of the Data will in no way whatever give rise to a violation of any existing copyright or breach of any existing agreement.

4. The ISDB is not liable for any loss, injury or damage (including legal costs or expenses and any compensation costs or disbursements) arising out of any breach or alleged breach of the foregoing warranties
